Multi Drill Head

The multi-spindle heads have following design characteristics -- sturdy cast iron housings, gear assembly with case hardened and ground helical gears - drilling spindles according to DIN 69001 and DIN 69002 respectively as special purpose spindles - tapping spindles according to DIN 69001 with indexing device, coolant supply thru the spindle, high RPM realized with non contact seals and air pruge - spindles are stress relieved and damped by back slash free couplings - all tool interfaces direclty integrated in the spindle nose -- spindle and spindle units are adjustable if required -- temperature control of the multi spindle head due to additional spindle cooling, if required external units can be integrated -- quill spindles available - displace and swing mechanism to realize different drill patterns an one s multi-spindle head - fixed or flexible test stations, fixed or spring loaded tool guides.
