Machine Tool Service

GADRA Enterprises Inc. services machine tools such as transfer-lines, Agile manufacturing systems, machining centers and part handling systems in the metal removal business. We are dedicated to providing highly quality working solutions for the metal cutting industry. Our goal is to get you up and running quickly and reliably.

In this rapid response market, you not only require the expertise of people who know machines, you require field service engineers who are able to perform a wide range service. To optimize our service, we offer experienced control and mechanical engineers to our customers for installation, run off, retooling and servicing. Our advantage is strong knowledge of all critical machine components such as spindles, rotary tables and tool magazines.

GADRA Engineers have a good working knowledge on various hardware platforms. These systems include Indramat and Allen Bradley. Of special note, is the advanced knowledge of Siemens and GE Fanuc CNC and PLC controls as well as human machine interfaces (HMI) and Marposs in-process measuring computers.

Maintenance

Our engineers and service technicians also specialized in preventative and predictive maintenance. We establish a specific maintenance plan for each machine, depending on your production schedule.

We undertake annual maintenance contracts on almost every machine tool. Our staff is able to tailor make the schedule from daily, to quarterly and annual maintenance. We place our staff in your business on a part time to a full time base to ensure that your machine tools are always in excellent condition.
